Superb property, well maintained with many renovations done over the years. Family-friendly, safe, and welcoming neighborhood. Close to parks, daycares, schools, stores, and public transportation. Large house that can easily accommodate a family of 5 or more. Possibility of converting the basement into a multi-generational or income revenue apartment by adding a kitchenette and verifying with the city of Gatineau.
