Beautiful semi-detached home located on the corner of the street which gives you the biggest yard on the street. No neighbors in the back. Entirely fenced. An apartment has been built with a separate entrance in 2011. This apartment comes with all amenities which were bought brand new in December 2011. The kitchen on the main level comes with stove and fridge. A gas fireplace is also included in the main living room. This house was the model of the area so it has a bit more to it such as crown molding, nice hard wood floor.
The house is currently rented with tenants so you can buy the house and have a revenu or they have also been advised that if you would like to live in the house they would have 3 months to move.
