Unique and bright house designed to measure and in a prime location.
The building envelope is in very good condition, from the roof to the windows to the foundation. The foundation is entirely made of reinforced concrete, not just the corners.
The closed vestibule, rare nowadays, keeps the house warm and the French doors let in a lot of light.
Quiet neighborhood near the Montée Paiement, between highway 50 and La Vérendrye Boulevard. All the main grocery and pharmacy stores are about 3 or 4 km away, between Highway 50 and Maloney Boulevard, and Montée Paiement and Gréber Boulevard.
You can walk to the hospital, if you're a good walker.
The large open space living-dining-kitchen creates a friendly environment; it is the center of daily life and the ideal place to entertain. The many windows provide abundant light throughout the day.
The main bedroom is very spacious and the second bedroom can be a guest room or an office.
The large unfinished basement allows you to make it "your basement" with its laundry area, heating-hot water space, and location with basic plumbing (rough) for a bathroom.
