What a perfect opportunity that you never want to miss!
This is a beautiful, south-facing condo, located in the heart of Gatineau. It sits on the 5th floor of the superb Domaine La Gappe complex.
You will enjoy bright lights (lots of sunshine makes it very warm in winter thus you can save lots of heating expenses). You will admire an unobstructed view as there are no high-rise buildings in sight. There is a vast and magnificent panoramic view of Gatineau and downtown Ottawa: standing inside by the window or outside on the balcony, you can see clearly Parliament Hill. Also, you will be elated and excited to enjoy the annual international fireworks competitions in summer and hot-air balloon festivals in fall, etc.
