The countryside in the city, a sector of choice for a beautiful family life.
You must see! Spacious house with lots of windows.
Large one acre lot with plenty of space for outdoor living and less than 5 minutes from schools, grocery stores, and other common services.
Upstairs (2nd) are 3 bedrooms, a large bathroom and a beautiful loft (Loft / apartment above the double garage). The loft has a bathroom (bath / shower) and a balcony (24 'x 16') with views of the golf course.
All bathrooms have a ceramic floor.
Includes hardwood floors (light maple) almost everywhere on the first floor, 9 foot high smooth ceilings.
