beautiful scenic, backyard, quiet, neighbours very peaceful like you're in the country large property very large work shed 20x36 feet with 10 foot ceiling could be turned into a workshop or rec hall and and a garden shed 24x16 feet with coverd outside garden area in front to work out of in rainy days.beautiful view of the sunset. Backing a ravine .all land and raised garden beds has been organic for 20 years. there's also a 33 foot pond with frogs. There's very limited amount of mosquitoes usually about five minutes at night.
