Beautiful little split-level house completely renovated up to date that will please everyone with two bedrooms upstairs as well as one in the basement. No neighbors in front or on one side of the house. A heat pump was one of the additions. In addition, you will find a superb children's park at the front of the house.   The backyard has a beautiful mature maple tree as well as a wooden fence surrounding it. A spindle door gives access to the parking lot. In addition, the roof was redone in 2015, and the hot water tank in 2024.
