Magnificent property located in the prestigious and peaceful Cartier Versant Côte d'Azur, surrounded by a primary school, a secondary school, a daycare, a park, a bike path, and several stores and supermarket. The neighborhood is located near Highway 50 and only 8 minutes from Ottawa.
Very functional 2-story house with lots of storage including 3 large bedrooms upstairs with very large closet plus a bedroom in the basement with very large closet, a super practical exterior exit door from the basement, central vacuum, central air conditioning. Electric water heater replaced in 2016. Two completely renovated bathrooms, laundry chute on the 2nd floor directly in the laundry room on the ground floor, above ground pool with large cedar balcony. The roof was redone in 2016. Huge cold storage. New garage door and garage door opener. A must-see.
