A little piece of paradise! Country atmosphere 3 minutes away from all amenities and essential services.
Newly-renovated kitchen, no rugs and brightly lit throughout the year.
The exterior offers you a large covered porch (6' x 21'). An ideal spot for breakfast during the summer! You will also find an outdoor shower... a welcome sight... with hot and cold water to compliment your sunny days, an hexagonal platform (12' x 12') which can be used as a patio or set up a gazebo, as well as a 12' x 16' shed with siding and roof to match that of the house.
The house has been renovated with high density polystyrene insulation using a Tyvek membrane. The exterior siding and the roof have both been newly renovated. Receipts and photos available.
Two heat exchangers have been installed in the living room and kitchen in order to maximize heat efficiency, and the hot water tank has been replaced.
There are also two efficient Napoleon thermopumps installed in 2014 both in the living room and in the back room, offering adequate heating during winter and cooling during summer for absolute comfort. This residence has everything to offer at a reasonable price.
