Superb semi-detached very well maintained, freshly painted to reflect today's taste, very clean, no carpet, 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor, very big kitchen, basement completely finished. The family room in the basement can also be used as a 4th bedroom. The stairs from the basement to the 2nd floor were redone in cherry wood, landscaped grounds, fenced backyard with above-ground swimming pool 15 feet, deck 16x12, paved driveway done in 2010, shed in back yard, all windows and patio door were replaced, nice landscape, located in a peaceful neighborhood. Close to bus stop, grade school, high school, arena, drug stores and grocery stores.
