Prime location, 2 minutes from the 50, 5 minutes from Ottawa, close to everything, popular area of Cote d'Azur, quiet, safe, beautiful neighborhood. No rear neighbors and entrance/exit through the back yard on the back street, large patio with shed and fenced yard, finished basement... Possibility of a 4th bedroom in the basement...This property is currently rented with a lease ending in May 2021, allow 6 months before the end of the lease to release the tenant.

Considering covid19, we agree to disturb the tenants for visits following the finalization of an offer conditional on the visit.
