strategic location, 2 minutes from the 50, 5 minutes from Ottawa, close to everything, popular area of the Côte d'Azur, quiet, safe, beautiful neighborhood, no rear neighbors and entry / exit from the backyard on the street back, large patio with shed and fenced yard, finished basement, possibility of a 4th bedroom in the basement. This property is currently rented at $ 1526 / month with a 12 month lease ending end of May, allow 6 months before the end of the lease to release the tenant.
