This unit features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a kitchen with an outdoor entrance, as well as a huge living and dining space and a large in-unit storage room at the foyer entrance.
The kitchen and bathroom were renovated in 2012-2014. The laminate flooring was replaced in 2016. New fridge 2023.
