Beau condo propre et bien entretenu avec deux chambres à coucher dans un secteur recherché, planches flottant et céramique, un foyer au gaz, une salle de bain avec bain podium et douche en coin. Cuisine avec beaucoup d'armoires et plusieurs espaces de rangement. Le condo est près de tous les services, il est à quelque minutes du pont champlain et boul. des Allumettières. Les trois appareils ménagers sont inclus.
