We have made improvements and rennovations every year since we have been owners:
2017- Interior painting
2018 - Chimney removal
2019 - Pool removal and expansion of the electrical service to 200A for the electric vehicle charging station.
2020 - Redevelopment and new grass in the back yard, replacement and expansion of the terrace, construction of the new shed, exterior painting.
2022- Kitchen renovation, replacement of the gas furnace with heat pump and gas water heater with an electric one.
