Two very spacious bedrooms upstairs with front facing dormers, walk in closet, linen storage and walk-in attic spaces. 9ft ceilings with big windows in every room overlooking the gardens. Ample parking in the driveway and on the quiet street. Country feel in the heart of the city. Nothing is more than 10 minutes away. Many original details give this home character while having been lovingly maintained. Recent renovations include the roof in 2003, electrical panel upgrade in 2011, bathroom floor and toilet in 2012.
