Superb house of two levels located in Mont-Luc district at Gatineau. Area of 1850 ft2. Near of primary and secondary schools. Wide kitchen. Ceilings of 10 feetin living-room and dinner room. Floors in hard wood and ceramic. 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.Basement totally finished. Nice landscape. Trees at the back. Very good maintenance.
