Owners’ comments
Located in a peaceful trailer park, where it is pleasant and practical to live because it is close to Highway 50. You'll be comfortable all year long because of the central heating system and the central air conditioning. Good things to know: the mobile home was leveled in 2013, the hot water tank was changed in 2012 and the roof was replaced in 2011. $227.00 monthly rent for the land lease. Note: I just change the ceramic for floating floor in the kitchen, hallways and bathroom. I also put new rug and new steps on the patio.
