Price below evaluation made by an independent professional (copy of report on demand), 75 min from Ottawa, is a beautiful lakefront 4 season cottage sitting on half an acre of land with 100 feet lakefront! Pharmacy, Supermarket and Liquor store are 10 min drive away. Lake is 3.5 km long with all the activities a lake can offer.
This is a quiet lake with few cottages for it's size, you won't be surprised to be alone on the lake on a Saturday afternoon in the middle of July!
Beside the cottage is a three season guest house (12 X 16) with a bedroom and electricity.
Cottage can sleep up to 10 people, is turnkey and comes with all the furniture, you just need to bring your personal belongings! Also included: BBQ, paddle boat, 2 kayaks, a canoe, 8 X 16 cedar dock ($2,000 value), 2 sheds.
TransCanada trail for walking, cycling and snowmobiling during the winter is 700 meters away.
