Southwest-facing lot. Soil is sandy and flat, ideal for new construction. We made a minor derogation to have more room to build certificate of location and design plans available). 


We had bought it with a house on it and undertook the demolition. Hence we have a mortgage on it that could be transferred. There is a septic field and a well. We're selling the land with the plans ready for the permit. The file is already open with the municipality of La Peche. The contractor MCH is now known under the name of Fab Structures.
