Beautiful little cottage in the Outaouais region, located in the municipality of La Peche. 4-season cottage on a lot less then a acres, completely renovated. septic field,septic tank,electrical, plumbing, drywall, insulation are new. Outside, the shingle, the truss, the coating of vinyl and stone are new. There is a notarized access to the lake. The cottage is located on flat ground.
