The house was built in 2006 with a detached 24x24 garage. This charming house is located on a wooded lot of one and a quarter acres. The water comes from the artesian well and is of good quality.
Main FLOOR
There is a good size bedroom with a large walk-in wardrobe. The bathroom contains a very spacious corner bath with a separate shower and heated ceramic floor. The living room has an open concept hardwood floor and the dining room also has heated ceramic floors. The patio door opens onto a large terrace with a superb view of Donaldson Lake. The kitchen is very functional with heated ceramic floors.
There is air conditioning (unit on the wall). The washer-dryer is located on the main floor near the main entrance. An alarm system is included and functional. The annual subscription to the center will be at your expense.
BASEMENT
In the basement, a magnificent wood stove provides a warm atmosphere for winter evenings! The pool table (ping pong and casino) as well as a beautiful light fixture are included. There is a patio door leading to the backyard.
