This beautiful bungalow is found on the Ottawa River across from Constance Bay.  The waterfront has a natural stone patio that leads into the water which is navigable by boat.  The sunsets to the west are stunning at all times of the year.

The house is perfect for a family.  With spacious living areas, four bedrooms, a fenced back yard, gradual entrance to the water, and beautiful views, it is an excellent home.   There are creative details throughout that make the space a home.  The house has been fully upgraded with excellent insulation and low cost heating throughout.
