Owners’ comments
Peaceful three-season cottage, on stilts, waterfront with 200 feet of frontage on Lac de la Boue (non-motorized lake). Nice sandy beach. Wooded land of 3958.9 square meters. Only 5 constructions around the lake. A haven of peace located 45 minutes from Gatineau and only 20 minutes from Highway 50.
This country-style and rustic-style cottage comes fully equipped: furniture (including a futon sofa that can be used for visitors), light fixtures, household appliances are included (microwave, refrigerator, stove, toaster, coffee maker) as well as accessories ( dishes, linen) and the slow-burning stove. Set of tools, rowboat, dock, mower, 21-foot trailer with gazebo that can accommodate visitors.
Exclusions: hammock, small trailer and some souvenirs.
Visits on appointments only, on Saturdays and Sundays.
