This lovely 2 bedroom cottage sits on 1 acre of forested property on a hilltop overlooking Lac Chapleau.
This property is incredibly peaceful and quiet, a true refuge away from the city and descends through a forested trail to a private dock by the lake. The lake is motor-free and offers a private beach for local residents only. Beach includes picnic tables and a play structure for kids as well as a floating dock to swim out to. There is a small cabin for changing, storing beach umbrellas, and it contains a wood stove for warming up while skating on the lake in winter. A great sense of community!
Large bunkhouse built in 2015, space for beds and a kitchen unit (15'6"x12'). This outbuilding also has a separate garage/storage shed (large enough to park a vehicle).
Steel roof on both cottage and bunkhouse.
