Owners’ comments
Charming bungalow located on a dead end street with little traffic but school bus route from September to June. No neighbors at the rear of the property. Possibility of a two income rental unit. New windows throughout with the exception of the front window and door. New upgraded electrical panel 1 1/2 years ago, new electrical furnace and heat pump installed at the same time, wood burning furnace still intact. Detached garage but joined to house with closed in breeze way.
