Owners’ comments

House built in 2017 and inhabited by the first owners from 2018 to 2021. They left it in very good condition. I've had it since 2021 and have maintained it very well. Large finished basement, with plenty of space for an office and to build a 4th bedroom. Terrace with ample space. The front garden includes a lawn, flowers, and a small section of white and black stone. The rear garden includes a lawn and a garden for summer vegetables. Tarmac parking for two cars. Clean, quiet neighborhood, suitable for singles and families.

Outside shed for storing winter and summer tires, snowplows, and lawnmowers.
