It offers spacious rooms that are warmed by the fireplace and cooled by air conditioning. There are 4 bedrooms that can be used as such or converted to suit your needs (office, TV room). The house sits a double lot with trees and a small orchard (apple, plum and cherry), on the edge of an small cliff that will allow you to rejuvenate when seeing the Saint-Lawrence River and enjoy all the space. There are also all the benefits of a suburb, with advantages of the city (supermarkets, a shopping centre, elementary and high schools, etc.). Come for a visit and youll be doubly thrilled by its charm and price!

NEW! The main bathroom was completely redone in Fall of 2015. All the rooms in the house were painted in March, 2016. New kitchen flooring installed in March, 2016.
