Owners’ comments
Warm and welcomming, this canadian-style home is in perfect state. Windows, doors, and so forth have been changed recently and are well maintained. The landscaped backyard is oriented towards south-west, maximizing sun light. A large shed (1 1/2 floors) can store a snowmobile or an ATV and is heated with a wood stove. The house's roofing was renovated in june 2009. Only a few minutes(3-8 minutes) from highway 40 , near a primary school, a highschool, parks and walking trails. Located next to a 14, 214 and 315 bus station and 10 minutes away from the 800 and 801 parc-o-bus.
