NEW PRICE
A must-see!!!! Beautiful large bi-generation house (or possibility of housing) large 3 1/2 in the half basement with entrance and independent double parking. The ceilings of the half-basement are suspended ceilings with soundproofing wool between the joists. Attached garage.
