Owners’ comments
Townhouse with a yard including patio, paved terrace and sun all afternoon. Excellent soundproofing. Very large shower entirely in ceramic with thermostatic valve. Very large bedrooms, one with walk-in closet. Stained maple stairs to go up to the 2nd floor as well as to go down to the basement. Two outdoor parking lots directly in front of the door. More than 85% of the basement is finished (only walls and ceiling of the storage room is missing.
