In a quiet area with distant neighbors, the house is isolated from Chemin Royal by a wooded strip. The lot makes 93,300 sq. ft. The unobstructed views towards the river are protected by a notarized right of view.

The superior quality design and construction of the house and the garage were carried out by the renowned team of André Rousseau Construction.
