With a panoramic view of the St-Lawrence River, this residence located on the south side of Sainte-Pétronille on the Island of Orleans will charm you.
In a quiet area with distant neighbors, the house is isolated from Chemin Royal by a wooded strip. The lot makes 93,300 sq. ft. The unobstructed views towards the river are protected by a notarized right of view.
The superior quality design and construction of the house and the garage were carried out by the renowned team of André Rousseau Construction. The house was designed to offer a direct view of the river from all the main rooms: the kitchen, the dining area, the dining room, the living room, the covered terrace, the master bedroom, and the master bathroom. The electrical entrance is underground so as not to obstruct the landscape.
The double-car garage is excavated and has a third garage door on the basement level.
The landscaping which includes an inground heated pool was planned by a landscape architect. An automated 12-zone irrigation system with rainwater harvesting waters the flowerbeds and the vegetable garden.
