Loretteville, pretty family home, well renovated & modernized over time (renovated from 2016). It offers 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms (one with shower including a laundry room on the 1st floor). Two places for a home office (teleworking or other): a bedroom on the ground floor or a spacious hallway on the 2nd floor. Two bedrooms upstairs: family bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Pellet stove in the basement (less electricity)... Must see!
