Owners’ comments
Duplex, without back neighbour, being able to offer several possibilities, such a bi-family house or one returned supplementary to the owner. The main apartment includes 5 rooms, 2 in R-C and 3 in the basement with family room and the second apartment, in the second floor, is a very big 4 1/2 which can easily be rented $800 warmed / lit. Come to visit, it's really worth seeing.
