I'm letting go of my loft after 10 beautiful years.
You will have all the conveniences nearby: pharmacy, restaurants, gym, bicycle path, library, public transportation, etc.
It's a calm and safe place to live because it's soundproof with new high-quality windows, a camera system, etc.
It's central because you will drive 15 minutes or less to get to Beauport, Charlebours, Old Quebec, and Sainte-Foy.
There's parking in front of the building you can rent parking. Also, their 4 parking you can use for Communauto near the building.
