Beautiful condo in the building Le Châtelain in Sillery, with stunning views of the St-Lawrence river, the boats, the Champlain Walk, extraordinary brightness with incredible sunrise and moon. Completely renovated with quality materials and up-to-date, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, 2 storages, two parkings (indoor and outdoor).
Inside the building there are:
Condo fees include electricity, heating and hot water.
* The building is currently under renovation and brought up to new fire standards. 8 million will be invested to change the exterior cladding, all patio doors and windows, the terrace will be covered with a coating and glass guards installed. Work has already started and will end in the fall of 2023.
* The municipal assessment went from $ 312,000 to $ 258,000 (new roll received on December 28, 2021). After the renovations, these amounts will return to normal and even more.
The CoArchitecture company oversees the work brilliantly with the collaboration of Pierre Blouin Construction. There is no site comparable to The Chatelain, which will undoubtedly become the most beautiful building in Quebec and the most coveted.
