Nice cottage mostly renewed in 2005-2006, located 5 minutes by foot from main services (grocery, dentist, doctor, drugstore, bank, liquor store, beauty shop...) The dream for bikers with its direct access to the ''green circuit''. Friendly neighborhood with many children. Bus stop (express service) nearby.
A distinctive house with its clear entrance with a lot of facilities, a lighted work room for different purposes (artist, beauty shop, hobby or other) and its home cinema. Many rooms for many children (4 rooms and 2 offices).
