Beautiful condo. Located in the historic part of Quebec City, it is surrounded by a very quiet neighborhood. It is also 100 m from the famous Cartier Street, 500 m from the Plains of Abraham, and less than 1 km from the walls of Old Quebec as well as the Grand Théâtre and Parliament Hill.

The condo is on the first floor and has a pleasant balcony.  It is accessible by a magnetic key and has an intercom. The interior of the building looks like a modern hotel.

- 2 bedrooms: a master bedroom and a guest bedroom with a queen size retractable bed.

- On the roof, there is a nice terrace with a barbecue.

- Heated underground parking accessible by remote control.
