It's a large property, like living in the countryside but in the heart of Sainte-Foy
Beautiful and spacious bungalow; very well maintained through the years, privileged with a very large backyard without rear neighbor. Cathedral ceiling in the semi-open area (kitchen, breakfast room, and dining room) and slow combustion fireplace (dining room), large windows all around therefore lots of natural light. Large entrance hall.
An spacious 4-1/2 with independent entrance to semi-basement.
In proximity to many services: Laval University, CEGEP Ste-Foy, Laval Hospital, pharmacies, Plaza Laval, parks, bicycle path, Library Monique-Corriveau, diverse bus transport (at two steps of Chemin Ste-Foy) and near Highway #73 -Henry IV.
