Small house in a quiet area where it is good to live. It's the countryside near the city! No neighbours on the left side and no neighbours in the back. The neighborhood is very pleasant by the way. When the sun is present, it dominates the house from morning to night.

Petite maison dans un coin tranquille où il est bon de vivre. C'est la campagne près de la ville! Aucun voisin sur le côté gauche et aucun voisin à l'arrière. Le voisinage est très agréable d'ailleurs. Lorsque le soleil est présent, il plombe dans la maison du matin au soir.
D'ailleurs, nous avons la chance de voir les couchers du soleil sur le Mont Bélair qui se trouve côté nord.
Les oiseaux chantent tous les matins et le soir, on entend le chant des grenouilles provenant du lac artificiel qui se trouve en biais.
Maison idéale si vous avez des animaux, car étant éloignée de la route principale, il y a moins de risque s'ils vont dans le chemin à l'avant, car peu de gens y circulent. Le gentil voisinage nous a autorisés à prendre de belles marches sur leur terre, vous pourrez sans doute aller leur demander la permission également. On retrouve de magnifiques sentiers au bout de la terre côté sud.
La maison est clé en main et il n'y a rien de particulier à faire à part de l'entretien général.
Par ailleurs, la cour arrière est parfaite pour recevoir la famille et les amis, faire un bon BBQ et finir la soirée avec un feu.
Nous adorons vivre dans cette maison et nous adorons le coin. Vous saurez vous y plaire, ça ne fait pas de doute!
