Bright modern 3 1/2 condo located on the 10th floor in the Sommet 3V complex in Ste Foy Quebec. Built in 2018 it is located across the street from the Ste Foy market and close to universities, CEGEPs and hospitals. Centrally located it is only 20 minutes from the Old Port and Old Quebec.
