Located in a quiet area, this beautiful house and its large lot are easily accessible by Highway 73, a few minutes from Quebec.
Mount Wright is nearby and Stoneham Ski Center is less than 15 minutes away.
The property has a large secondary building with multiple possibilities. Like the house, it is equipped with an electricity meter, a heat pump, a central vacuum cleaner, an air exchanger, a kitchenette and a bathroom.
The basement of the secondary building is heated and divided into two parts. A finished room and a storage area with garage door.
The septic tank and the purification field comply with environmental standards.
The artesian well submersible water pump and cold water tank were replaced in 2022.
