Large house in a quiet area, in a cul-de-sac.
Built in 2008 according to Novoclimat standards, without certification.
Only one neighbor on the right side. No one on the left, front or back.
The "Ouellet waterfall" is behind the house, but the land does not go as far as the river.
Large lot of 44,600 sq. ft. with a slight slope towards the rear, which drains well.
The septic tank and the purification field comply with environmental standards.
The artesian well provides a very large quantity of water.
The submersible water pump and cold water tank were replaced in 2022.
