Owners’ comments
Condo very close to Stoneham ski slopes. 2 large parking spaces with snow clearing in winter. Our unit is located on the corner with a large window for the morning sunshine, in a complex of 8 units row on same level.
Beautiful view on the ski slopes and the small brook without back neighbour.
We belong to the Copropriété Le Bivouac (109 units) with reserve fund and trading capital in very good financial situation since 1985.
We lived in this condo only during the winter since 1985 (never rented). Non smoking. No pets.
