Owners’ comments
Beautiful two-storey loft-style condo with cathedral windows. The Lofts Sur Le Golf, located 8 minutes from the Valcartier military base. Quiet and peaceful place in modern style. Higher insulation and soundproofing. Located on the second level of the building, on two floors with 13-foot windows, unique cachet. Ideal for single, couple or retired person. First level, kitchen, bathroom, dining room and living room. Upstairs, mezzanine bedroom with bathroom and separate laundry room. Window checks and mosquito nets replacement were completed in July 2019. The faucets of the sinks and kitchen have been replaced, as well as all thermostats for electronic ones. The laundry room and bathroom have automatic lighting systems and the bathroom has an automatic tap without contact. The water heater was replaced in 2017. Includes outdoor parking, one 5' x 5' indoor storage and access to the heated pool.
