Beautiful 3 ½ condominium with cathedral ceiling on two floors at 15 minutes from Quebec City and 5 minutes from the Valcartier military base. Located in a very elegant, the bike path is two steps. On the large balcony newly renovated, offers a magnificent view of the mountains and trees. Taken with an outdoor parking is reserved for the condo, but it is possible to park vehicles over. Located on the third and last floor, you'll also find a beautiful heated inground pool, storage space inside the basement and access is by elevator.
