This condominium is located in the front corner of the building, on the Place de Paris side, with 2 windows facing the Saint-Lawrence River and three windows facing the Place de Paris. 

Superb view on the Saint-Lawrence River, the Cruise ships boats, the Old Quebec, the ferry boats between Quebec and Levis, etc

 It is located on the 4th and highest level of the building.

 It has been decorated by a designer in the fall of 2013. 

The kitchen and bathroom were recently renovated.  An interior parking (T-8) is included and all the fittings and space for normal washer/dryer are in the condo.

Oven, Refrigerator, dishwasher, washer and dryer, could be included in the sale, if you prefer.

There is a large storage space located above the bathroom, and a smaller storage space in the hall.

The condo is south-east oriented so the sun comes in all day long.

No building in front or on the side of the building. The view is forever !

The condo has a fixed wall-mounted air conditioning unit installed two years ago, and the compressor is under the sundeck on the roof.  So -> Silence and efficiency assured!
