This condominium is located in the front corner of the building, on the Place de Paris side, with 2 windows facing the Saint-Lawrence River and three windows facing the Place de Paris.
Superb view on the Saint-Lawrence River, the Cruise ships boats, the Old Quebec, the ferry boats between Quebec and Levis, etc
It is located on the 4th and highest level of the building.
It has been decorated by a designer in the fall of 2013.
The kitchen and bathroom were recently renovated. An interior parking (T-8) is included and all the fittings and space for normal washer/dryer are in the condo.
Oven, Refrigerator, dishwasher, washer and dryer, could be included in the sale, if you prefer.
