Large 4 1/2 open concept condo, very bright located on the 3rd floor in a quiet area with no balcony neighbors. The roof is redone in 2021. Two outdoor parking lots located near the entrance, heated outdoor inground pool, shed and large balcony (BBQ allowed).
Very well soundproofed with propane fireplace, air exchanger, central vacuum, air conditioning, lots of storage space and dishwasher. 2 bedrooms, the main one with a large walk-in closet. Well managed co-ownership. Animals are allowed.
You benefit from surprising privacy, close to bridges, highways, bike paths, Costco etc.
