MAGNIFICENT CONDO of 965 ft2 located on the 3rd floor / 2 bedrooms / with a seasonal view of the St. Lawrence River. Very well located, close to all these services on foot (grocery store, shopping center, pharmacy, restaurant, gas station, convenience store). Large kitchen with movable island, dining room and living room are open plan, beautiful light. 2 bedrooms therefore the main with small balcony and access to the bathroom, separate shower, corner bath. Cement floor, well soundproofed, large outdoor balcony. Air exchanger. Window sealants replaced in 2019. Union's financial condition is very good. Possibility to rent additional parking for $162 per year.
