Nice and large garden with lots of flowers. The garage (mostly a workshop) has 2 floors and is insulated, so it's easy to work in it during the winter.
The presbytery is located just next to rue Begin, known for its great boutiques (food, crafts, fine restaurants). 5 min walking distance to sports centers, library, and private high schools. The ferry leading to Vieux-Québec is also conveniently at a 5 min walking distance. Located in the hot spot of Quebec _see:
