Ideally located in a family-friendly, quiet neighborhood, expanding with all services, sports activities, and parks nearby, an area that is constantly increasing in value (Lévis, St David).
Windows, heat pump, new bathroom, and completely renovated kitchen.
Renovations, improvements, and repairs: flooring, landscaping, and plantings.
The roof was redone in 2017, and the water heater changed in 2020.
Nothing to do for several years!
